Hey there Santa Claus! Well this is a new one for me – to write to an old white guy with a beard. Look, I’m a Turkish dog and I know lots of dudes with beards, but yours takes the cake! Ok so I’m new here, scuse me if I insulted you with the Turkish remark, but it’s true! I’m a Kangal dog and we come from the mountains of Turkey where we are very fierce and big and protect the sheep and goats.
I’m very big but I’m not very fierce. Actually I’m not fierce at all. I like to play, and I like to lean on people, and I sleep on a baby mattress. Soon, when I have been “tutored”, I’ll be allowed out to go and take care of the sheep and goats. Maybe I’ll get to be fierce then? That is an interesting concept.
Anyhow, right now I’m still on the baby mattress, and I seriously need a new cover for it. First of all, the one I have is pink and second of all, Stephanie chewed on it a little. When I say that I’m a big dog, I’m not kidding. I’m taller than most ponies. Truth! Because I’m so tall, I have a lot of trouble leaning down to eat and to drink water. I know this is a lot to ask, but it is much better for my health to be able to eat at a proper height. Now Santa, let me be clear: I am NOT a smelly dog. I am a very clean and tidy dog. But I am alone in these virtues. We desperately need some carpet deodorizer to put into the vacuum.
