Um, hello Santa?

I’m Dwayne. I’m a sheep. I’m a good sheep but I have a question: is it ok if I also really like cows? I feel so at home with the cows, and they accept me as one of their own. Oh I like my sheep family too, but there is something about being with the big bovines that makes me feel like all is right with the world.

But here’s thing: those guys are tall. They are much taller than me. So their water trough is pretty much too high for me to reach unless it’s totally, totally full. I like these 5 gallon buckets pretty well: https://tinyurl.com/water-bucket-for-dwayne

But if you go to a farm store like Farmers Coop in Frederick, or Tractor Supply or Southern States, they have 10 gallon water buckets that are really sweet (and come in cool colors, too).

So when I’m not hanging with my guys, I take walks with my ovine friends Dolly, Shannon, William and Willow (the jury is out as to whether I’m actually W and W’s daddy but anyhow….). A lot of times we go up and down the driveway and sometimes people come who don’t understand sheep.  You see, sheep do NOT get out of the way of cars.
