Weeble
Yeah yeah yeah, Santa OMG OMG, it’s meeeee! Weeeeble! I’m the brown duck in the picture with the green beak. Hey hey hey, don’t you think I’m more handsome than Wobble (he’s the brown duck with the orange beak). Seriously, who wears orange beaks these days? I know, I mean I really really really know that green beaks are better all the way around.
Santa Santa, I broke my leg a few months ago. OMG OMG OMG it was so weird. It didn’t hurt, but suddenly I could only walk on one foot. Well, OK I’m all better now (but you can read all about my story and see my SCAAARRRY x-rays on this page about happy stories. So I had to spend a lot of time in the bunny room because they could treat me there. It was sooooo weird. Rabbits have this strange language and I couldn’t understand a word they said. Believe me, believe me really Santa, I talked to them ALL the time. I told them all about my story, how I was somehow one day swimming in a water treatment plant with wayyyy too many other ducks. And then I drove and drove and drove. And then I made new friends. And then I ended up with a bunch of inarticulate rabbits. Did they care? they didn’t even listen. OMG OMG I’m so glad I’m better now. Do you know that Wobble (better not tell him what I said about the orange beak, OK?) and I talked 24 hours straight after I went back outside. We were so glad to see each other.
OK so while I was indoors I got a lot of pretty amazing treats. They said, “Weeble, you need to keep your weight and your energy up to heal!” I was good good good with that idea. Here are my TOP THREE FAVES:
Dried shrimp. YUMM-EEE. http://tinyurl.com/shrimp-for-weeble
Dried worms. OH BOY! http://tinyurl.com/worms-for-weeble
And lettuce. I love love love my salads. The rabbits taught me that. I mean, they didn’t say anything but watching them crunch away I decided I had to have some too and oh my oh my it is soooo delicious.
Santa, while I was indoors I learned something about interior decorating. Our duck pen has a hugely ugly brown tarp on it as a wind break for winter. It only has a few holes in it, but maybe it could be used for someone who doesn’t care about aesthetics like, say, the chickens? We would like a fresh white tarp that will let the light in but also will be very beautiful and match the colors on the back of my wings. http://tinyurl.com/tarp-for-weeble
OK OK OK I have to go, here is the link to sponsor me. Someone, many someones, need to sponsor me since I am such a good duck and got better and everything! https://shop.stargazingfarm.org/product/weeble/
